The Central Wisconsin Manufacturing Alliance (CWIMA, pronounced “swima”) exists to share valuable resources, events, and unified voice to promote manufacturing in our region.

Together we are:

-Increasing awareness about the products and economic impacts of local manufacturers
-Leveraging skills training and opening doors to career opportunities in manufacturing
-Building relationships with educators, students, parents and individuals with manufacturing companies in local communities
-Changing the perception of manufacturing and the skilled trades
-Finding and keeping talent in manufacturing is a key priority. CWIMA is actively partnering with local K-12 educators to showcase in-demand careers and growth opportunities, connect students and job seekers to local companies, and change the perception of the manufacturing trades.
